Our size enables us to keep full track of what is happening in the business and what our customers require. There is no "getting lost in the system" and when you ring us you won't get passed from department to department trying to get a simple answer. So who are we?

Peter Middleton (Owner & Founder of the Business)
Peter was born in Oxford, England, but has been a proud Kiwi for over 40 years. Prior to setting up Checkpoint Time & Business Systems in 1979 Peter worked for a large, worldwide company as a Sales Manager, gaining much of the experience and knowledge that he brings to his customers today. Peter’s vast knowledge of time keeping equipment and solutions has enabled him to gain the backing and distributorship of many top quality manufacturers, expanding the business and making it a limited company in 1981.
Peter still plays an active role in his company, where he deals with all aspects of the business from imports and stock control , sales of both local and export goods, to financial affairs and advertising. Despite the demands of his day to day workload Peter is always happy spend time with our customers, offering sound advice and down to earth solutions.
